Director Mariola Hejduk, MA, began her career as an English teacher in 2011 after completing her master's degree at the University of Sunderland in northern England, where she obtained an MA TESOL with distinction. She also completed postgraduate studies in teaching at Teesside University and postgraduate studies in specialist translation at the University of Łódź. Since the beginning of her career, she has worked mainly with adults in the context of lifelong learning, including at Hartlepool College of Further Education and Middlesbrough Community Learning in northern England; and at the academic level at the University of Sunderland, where she taught not only academic English courses for foreigners, but also classes in English language teaching methodology and supervised bachelor's and master's theses. She has been associated with the Language Centre of the Lodz University of Technology since 2018. She is enthusiastic about using technology in the teaching process to increase its effectiveness.

mgr Magdalena Gałaj
Graduate of English Studies at the Faculty of Philology, University of Łódź. Academic teacher since 1997. For many years, actively involved in European projects related to education; since September 2025, President of the Association of English Teachers in Poland (IATEFL Poland). Graduate of postgraduate studies in Andragogy and Coaching and Tutoring in Education; the Ministry's Master's of Teaching programme – University College London (UCL), and the Academy of Education Leaders training programme. Author of teaching materials; graduate of the Developing Materials – Lexical Lab training course (London Metropolitan University). She is the events coordinator at the Language Centre of the Lodz University of Technology. In teaching, she appreciates modern means of supporting the teaching process, in particular those related to the use of new technologies and ubiquitous Artificial Intelligence to support the learning and teaching process. She bases her working methods on direct contact. She focuses on motivation and effective feedback, taking care of the individual needs of students and listeners. She loves travelling. In his spare time, he enjoys amateur photography.
